Planning

The Parish Council is a Statutory Consultee for planning within the parish. This means that the local Planning Authority (North Devon Council) must consult with the Parish Council prior to a decision being made on a planning application. The Parish Council has 21 days in which to make representation on the planning application. Although the Parish Council is invited to make representations on applications it is the Planning Authority that will determine the application.

To view the status and or representations submitted in relation to a planning application please use the North Devon Council's Planning Application Tracker or Advanced Planning Search
